Rochelle Louise Randolph departed this life January 20^th 2018 at 1:05 AM at Kane Regional Hospital at Ross Township.

Rochelle was born in Pittsburgh Pa on August 27^th 1940 to the late Joseph O. and Aliene Manker. Rochelle possessed the love of family and friends. She was a caring, giving, and nurturing person. She was free-hearted and would give the shirt off of her back (except for her Pepsi). If you needed a meal, a place to stay, or were down on your luck, she was there for you; that was just Rochelle. Before she became ill, Ro loved dancing and listening to music, and she was always up for a party. She was quick-witted and loved to laugh. She always had a kind word to say.

She was preceded in death by brothers Joseph O. Manker Jr., James Ballard (& Shirley), Leroy C. Manker (& Mona), sisters Cora Lee Manker and Henrietta Manker, sister-in-law Evelyn Manker, and also her life partner of 37 years, Roy E. (Pork) Simms. She was also regretfully preceded in death by children James Randolph, Skippy Randolph, Alexander M. Randolph, and Rhonda A. Randolph. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her siblings, Charles Manker, Emmanuel Manker, Marvin Manker, Thelma Shelton, and Lena Brown. She is also survived by her many children, Albert L., Jerry, Kevin, Henry L., Linwood L. Sr., Roy L., and Lawanda (a granddaughter whom she raised). She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a multitude of family members and friends.
